Aquatic safety inspections are utilized to assess risk within an aquatic facility and identify areas to the owner or owner‘s agent that are in compliance with legislation, regulations, standards, and guidelines. The scope of the aquatic safety inspection includes areas such as the lobby, change rooms, mechanical rooms, and deck. 

SEE Audits evaluate your lifeguards' performance against Lifesaving Society standards and expectations for lifeguards. These audits establish your team's performance baseline and are a great tool for lifeguard coaching and development.

Your facility policy and procedure manual is a vital guide for staff expectations, emergency response, and standard operating procedures. We can provide an external review of current documents and provide recommendations or help develop new documents with your staff.

Safety supervision plans are designed for supervised facilities. This document outlines employer expectations for lifeguard communication, supervision,  positioning, and rotations. The safety supervision plan can be adapted to meet the unique needs of the facility while providing a guide for lifeguard surveillance.
